Ede – Mindlinq, a digital client tracking system, was put into use this month by the Samenwerkingsverband Kracht, which is working on transformation of youth care in the Hague municipality. Mindlinq was developed by Bettr Health Solutions in close cooperation with the Mental Care Group. The client tracking system is designed to make youth care more efficient and insightful for partnerships, care providers and the municipalities.
Mindlinq visually maps the client journey. This supports caregivers and care supporters in providing assistance to the client. One of the intended goals of Mindlinq is to reduce administrative burdens. The system facilitates care providers within Kracht in the matching of clients and care providers, allowing the right care to be offered immediately in the right place. In The Hague, Mindlinq plays an important role in supporting the necessary transformation of youth care by providing insight into client flows and waiting lists for care providers and municipalities.
Arjan Karens, director at Bettr Health Solutions, is enthusiastic about the cooperation: “We are very pleased with the launch of Mindlinq in cooperation with Kracht Den Haag. In the development of Mindlinq, previous experience from chain care and knowledge of student monitoring systems from the education sector come together. This is an important step in the support and optimization of youth care. Especially when you realize that as many as one in seven young people in the Netherlands needs youth aid.”
Over 6,000 clients are now supported in The Hague. Mindlinq was developed with the idea of being scalable to other regions and collaborations where there are similar issues.
